- CHIR may contact the donor to clarify item details or pickup information.
3. Item Condition And Descriptions
Donated items should be described honestly so pickup and review can happen smoothly. Clear images and accurate details help the team understand the donation before collection.
4. Pickup Scheduling
Pickup scheduling depends on operational capacity, address details, and the current donation workflow. CHIR does not promise same-day pickup.
5. Completion
A donation is considered complete when the pickup or collection status has been updated in the backend. Donation notes and operational history may be kept as part of CHIR's support records.
