If you want to permanently delete your CHIR account, use the secure signed-in deletion flow. This page explains the impact first so you can make an informed choice before you continue.
If you are signed in with Google, deleting your CHIR account does not delete your Google Account. It only removes your CHIR profile and associated app access.
2. What Deletion Does
- Deletes your CHIR authentication account.
- Removes your main user profile and clears the current signed-in session.
- Clears local session data, cart data, and other browser or device caches that CHIR manages directly.
- Creates a deletion request record so support can confirm the request was processed.
3. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when retention is needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, moderation, payment reconciliation, or dispute-handling reasons. This can include order records, refund records, admin audit logs, and similar transaction evidence.
We try to remove or anonymize personal details wherever that is reasonably possible, but some records cannot be deleted immediately if the law or a legitimate business need requires them to stay.
4. How To Delete Your Account
- Sign in to CHIR.
- Review the deletion guidance on this page and the data deletion instructions.
- Open the secure deletion request form.
- Confirm the request in the app or on the website.
- Wait for the account removal response and keep a copy of the confirmation if you need one.
